Ingredients: 2 ounces of Vodka, 8 ounces of Clamato juice, 1/2 lime, 1 Tbl. prepared horseradish, 1/2 tsp. Sriracha sauce, 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp of olive brine, Celery salt (or better Mott’s Clamato Rimmer Seasoning Salt), 1 cocktail shrimp (or better 5 small Canadian Cold Water Shrimp impaled on a toothpick, they are in season).
Preparation: Rim a highball glass with the juice from the lime. Fill 2/3 of the glass with ice. Press the remaining of the lime drop the wedge on the ice. Combine all other ingredients, stir well and pour into the glass. Garnish with cocktail shrimp and some celery salt. Forget the celery stick, this is not a drink for Rabbit.
